The Bible is still Applicable Today
As part of my daily reading of the bible I read a chapter out of Proverbs every day where the chapter corresponds with the day of the month. So, I will repeat Proverbs each month. One thing I have found is that the wisdom of the Bible is timeless. When I read the wisdom in the bible it is full of insight into the human condition that is just as true today as when it was written. When I apply these truths in my daily walk it will lead me down a Godly path that has been given to men through the ages.
I know we all live busy lives and it seems like time is something we seem to run short of. I encourage you to set aside some time daily in order to read God’s Word. I promise you that if you do, it will be one of the best parts of you day. God will use this time to teach us, guide us and correct us.
