“Life is Short”

Life is short and we often times worry about things that don’t bring us fulfillment, happiness, and peace. People worry about money, status, their looks, their needs, or their possessions. Do we allow these worries the power to bring us down? God did not intend for us to worry about these things.
It doesn’t have to be this way. We have a choice. We can lift our concerns up to the “One” who knows our lives the best and who will never let us down. Christ!!!
It is amazing that if we turn our worries over to Christ, we no longer have anything to fear, because God has it. We can trust God and be calm because, He is in control and can handle any situation. Jesus had this same message to his disciples.
Luke 12:22 (NIV)
22 Then Jesus said to his disciples: “Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat; or about your body, what you will wear.
During our fears and worries turn it over to Christ. Put our confidence in Christ and listen to Him and follow His instructions. When we do this our worries will go away. Remember, we are the sons and daughters of God. Things will be okay.
