Walk with God in the New Year

God is always faithful, and if we look at the past year, we’ll find that he has been with us, and has been working in our lives – even when we don’t realize it. As we say Hello to the New Year and we put the past year behind us, we need to continue to walk with God daily.

Isaiah 43:18-19

Forget the former things; do not dwell on the past See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it? I am making a way in the wilderness and streams in the wasteland.

The new year is always full of new hope. When we put our trust in God, we can have hope for the new year. Even if the world looks like it is in turmoil, we can have peace knowing that our Lord is in control of everything. He is our refuge in whatever the outlook for the new year looks like. Trust in God every day.

Proverbs 3:5-6

Trust in the LORD with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths.

I put my trust in a Sovereign God who orchestrates the events of my life. I hope you do to.

与神同行，迎接新的一年

神始终是信实的。若我们回顾过去的一年，就会发现祂一直与我们同在，并在我们的生命中动工——即使有时我们并未察觉。当我们向新的一年说“你好”，把过去的一年放在身后时，我们仍需要每天继续与神同行。

以赛亚书 43:18–19“不要记念从前的事，也不要思想过去的事。看哪，我要行一件新事；如今要发生了，你们岂不知道吗？我必在旷野开道路，在荒漠开江河。”

新的一年总是充满新的盼望。当我们把信心放在神身上，就能对新的一年充满盼望。即使世界看起来动荡不安，我们也能拥有平安，因为我们知道主掌管一切。无论新一年的前景如何，祂都是我们的避难所。每天都要信靠神。

箴言 3:5–6“你要全心信靠耶和华，不可倚靠自己的聪明；在你一切所行的事上都要承认祂，祂必指引你的道路。”

我把我的信心放在那位掌管万有、安排我生命中一切事情的主权之神身上。我也盼望你如此。
