“Share God’s Joy”

Psalm 97:1 (NKJV)

“The Lord reigns; Let the earth rejoice;”

As believers, God promises that we can experience abundance and joy. Okay, you might ask, Darrell, I am a believer, so how do we claim this abundance and joy? Answer: by trusting God and being obedient to His instructions and following the footsteps of His Son. When we do this, He fills our hearts with His power and with His love. When this happens, we experience peace in our life that surpasses human understanding.

One of the points in my Pastor’s Sunday’s sermon is that we must be ready to share God’s love and His message to the world around us. With God’s power and His love in our hearts we are prepared to share His message to a world that needs it.

Psalm 9:1-2 (NLT)

“1 I will praise you, Lord, with all my heart; I will tell of all the marvelous things you have done. 2 I will be filled with joy because of you. I will sing praises to your name, O Most High.”
