No Obstacle to Big

This upcoming week is going to have its ups and downs. You will have some moments that are going to challenge your faith. However, with God these challenges that you will face will be opportunities to exercise your faith.

As a Christian, it’s important to not let your obstacles in life tear you away from your faith. Instead, these are the moments where you need faith the most. With God, you can move from being a victim to being a victor.

David was one of my favorite people in the bible. He was human… He had his ups and downs, but his faith was great. We have all heard the story of David and Goliath. David knew that the giant Goliath was fighting the Lord and not just him.

Upon seeing David, Goliath mocked him. But David replied with a battle cry for the ages: “You come against me with sword and spear and javelin, but I come against you in the name of the Lord Almighty, the God of the armies of Israel, whom you have defied.” David ran towards the giant with his sling and let a single rock fly! You know the rest of the story. David’s faith in God was unshakable. The size of his obstacle did not matter, he knew the size of his God.

Remember this in the coming week when the obstacles come.

Matthew 21:21

21 Jesus replied, “Truly I tell you, if you have faith and do not doubt, not only can you do what was done to the fig tree, but also you can say to this mountain, ‘Go, throw yourself into the sea,’ and it will be done.
