1 Thessalonians 5:16-18 (NIV) “16 Rejoice always, 17 pray continually, 18 give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.” It has been a heck of a week for friends and family. We have witnessed the progress of friends and family members recovering from illnesses. We attended a funeral of a friend. Received word of another family member that is fighting health issues. God promises to direct our lives if we just ask. You would not believe over the years the number of times I have asked the Lord to guide me in the direction I should take. Terri and I at times will reflect on times in our lives when the Lord watched over us and guided our steps. Just tonight we thought of times throughout our marriage when God led us in decisions we needed to make. This strengthens our faith in God for our future as we know the Lord will be a guiding light f
