“When You Forgive You will be Blessed”

Luke 6:36 (NIV)

36 Be merciful, just as your Father is merciful.

Forgiving others isn’t always that easy for us. If you could just forgive once and be done with it. The decision to forgive is easy, but the process of forgiving is more difficult. Forgiveness is a journey that requires effort, time, perseverance, and prayer.

God instructs us to treat others as we would like to be treated. When we look at what Christ did for us by not only forgiving us our sins but dying on the Cross for our sins. He has blotted out our transgressions. We should be willing to forgive others for the mistakes they have made. Revenge is a dangerous path that will end up consuming you.

God can blot out all our sins. David’s request to God after Nathan confronted him for having adultery with Bathsheba.

Psalm 51:1-2 (NIV)

1 Have mercy on me, O God, according to your unfailing love; according to your great compassion blot out my transgressions. 2 Wash away all my iniquity and cleanse me from my sin

If you need help in forgiving, we should go to the Lord and ask for His help. With God’s help it will give you peace in your heart. God is Good!!!

如果你在饶恕他人方面感到困难，我们应当到主面前求祂帮助。有了神的帮助，你的心中就会得到平安。神是美善的！
