“What would Jesus Say”

It is easy to be a Christian while at church during Bible Study, but how about the rest of the week. If Jesus Christ were to spend the week watching us (He does) what would he say?

I can remember asking myself, “what would happen if mom found out”. I never wanted to disappoint mom. Even as a grown man, I would ask myself the same question. My mother passed away in 2010, but I still found myself wondering what mom would say.

I should be asking, what would Jesus say? What would Jesus say about how I acted at work, how I acted on the golf course, or how I acted at home? Do I walk worthy of the calling Jesus has for me? Can other people notice that I am a Christian? If I were to talk with Jesus each night, how would that conversation go? Would He be pleased with how I lived my life that day or be disappointed? Hopefully, our goal would be to please Jesus Christ.

One of my daily prayers is to ask God to help me Glorify Him in everything I say, I do, and I think about during that day.

I want to encourage each of us to live our lives as the Child of the King.

Ephesians 4:1

As a prisoner for the Lord, then, I urge you to live a life worthy of the calling you have received.

1 Corinthians 10:31

So whether you eat or drink or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God.
